Pathway through Pain is an accessible drug-free digital treatment that helps participants respond more effectively to chronic musculoskeletal pain for a better quality of life. It delivers all the elements of an intensive Pain Management Programme (PMP).

The objective of the program is for participants to improve their health questionnaire scores for Anxiety (GAD-7), Depression (PHQ-9) and Disability (ODI). This is achieved through the practice of pain self-management methods, exercise, lifestyle changes and cognitive approaches learnt throughout the program.
